Returns and refunds
All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt via E-mail.
• Customers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.
• Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached, or return will NOT be accepted.
If the item delivered is either incorrect or damaged, customers shall notify us within seven (7) business days of receipt.
