All return requests must be made within seven (7) business days of receipt via E-mail. Customers must return the item within seven (7) days of receiving the return shipping label.

• Customers must be able to explain the reason for their return to the best of their ability.

• Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging with tags still attached.

• Returned items must be sent in with the shipping label provided. Any other methods of return will NOT be accepted.
